Emergency Preparedness Through Play — Zero Data Collected

Situation Report: Island Resilience

Prepare Your Community is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating from 9595 NE Watch Hill Dr on Bainbridge Island, Washington. Created by the team behind Bainbridge Prepares, an award-winning, volunteer-led emergency preparedness organization recognized by FEMA and the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), our mission is to help communities across the United States increase their resilience and ability to recover from natural disasters.

The "Bainbridge Model" provides a free digital kit with 80% of the foundational elements for community-led disaster resilience. Compassion, not fear.

Bainbridge Island, accessible by a 35-minute ferry from downtown Seattle, is a tight-knit community defined by its connection to the Puget Sound and the understanding that in a major disaster, neighborhoods must be self-reliant. The Grand Forest trails, Bloedel Reserve, and the walkable town center of Winslow all coexist with a community deeply committed to preparedness.

Zombie Rush World channels this survival spirit into an action-packed mobile game. Players navigate zombie-overrun landscapes, building defenses and rescuing survivors — mirroring the real-world skills of community coordination and rapid response that we teach. All passive ad revenue directly funds our free digital preparedness kits and community training workshops.
